Lance Witt has been a pastor for more than 25 years. For 20 years he served as a senior pastor in 3 different churches.  From 2000 - 2006, Lance served as one of the pastors at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA. At Saddleback, he served in the roles of discipleship pastor, small groups pastor, executive pastor and teaching pastor. He led Saddleback's 40 Days of Purpose and 40 Days of Community campaigns. He was also instrumental in developing these campaigns and curriculum for other churches to utilize both nationally and internationally. He has taught a variety of seminars and conferences around the world. He currently consults with churches and is a life coach to Christian leaders. God has blessed Lance with a unique perspective, having served in churches of all sizes. Through the lens of a pastor, his growing passion is for gowing godly leaders who know how to spiritually develop their teams.  His gifts of leadership, strategic thinking, and spiritual formation have helped many Christian leaders replenish their souls and build healthier, more effective teams.
